Community Teams
Would you like to meet other
CERT graduates in your community, find out what others are doing, and
get extra training?
CERT Battalion Coordinators are the local contacts for graduates of the
Los Angeles CERT program. They organize local meetings and they work
with Capt. Gerlich to get information to CERT
graduates in their areas.
If you haven't taken CERT training yet, please check the CERT Class
Schedule. You can search there for classes near you.
If you want to schedule a class for your group, you need a minimum of
20 people to be trained and a location to hold the training. Then call
the LAFD Disaster Preparedness Section at
818-756-9674. Do not contact the Battalion Coordinators to
schedule a class.

site. Type in your address in the Neighborhood Resources section on the
left and click on Find. When you get your fire station number, click
